I LOVE baking and even more so since I've started having fun learning how to work with icing. This ruffle cake was soooo quick and easy to do. A MUST HAVE for me was a turntable (and my mother to help spin the cake while I frosted it!! LOL). My girlfriend -whose birthday it was for- loved it!
So I came home from vacation and found that my little garden was actually producing real veggies! Amazed at my new found green thumb, I wanted to make something to showcase this miracle. I'd never tried grilling pizza, but WOW, I'll never go back (unless it's raining or too cold to go outside -lol). A few minutes on each side for the dough then top it with your heart's desire. Here, I've used fresh eggplant, tomatoes and basil from my garden. It was a crunchy, fresh deli
