So I came home from vacation and found that my little garden was actually producing real veggies! Amazed at my new found green thumb, I wanted to make something to showcase this miracle. I'd never tried grilling pizza, but WOW, I'll never go back (unless it's raining or too cold to go outside -lol). A few minutes on each side for the dough then top it with your heart's desire. Here, I've used fresh eggplant, tomatoes and basil from my garden. It was a crunchy, fresh delicious wonderland! You gotta try it!
